Shagaf is a mobile app designed for young adults and university students in Saudi Arabia. It helps users stay focused and improve their lifestyle through curated courses, livestreams, and personal tests. We handled the full UX/UI design and branding, delivering a clean, modern experience aligned with the app’s mission and audience.

Project Summary
When Shagaf approached us, they had a vision: to help young Saudis improve focus, productivity, and lifestyle through content that truly speaks their language. But they lacked a clear brand, product structure, and experience design to bring that vision to life. They needed a team to turn their idea into a focused, functional, and engaging app.
We partnered with Shagaf to design a mobile app that helps Saudi youth improve their focus and lifestyle. Our work covered branding, UX strategy, UI design, and product structure. The result is a clean, modern platform that delivers courses, livestreams, and personal tests tailored to young users' needs. We delivered two versions of the app, one for the user and the other is for the admins.
User Research
We focused on young Saudis aged 17–26, primarily university students. Through competitor analysis and internal stakeholder workshops, we identified key user needs: simplicity, motivation, and cultural relevance. This shaped our approach to structure, tone, and interaction design.
Establishing a Future-proof Design System for Shagaf
We created a minimal, modern design system with a clean color palette, rounded typography, and reusable components. It ensures consistency across the app and is fully future-proof—built to support new features and scale as the platform grows.
